In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

jll44 reserves the right to refuse Account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jll44 Account login credentials, including your username and password. jll44 strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service or platform.
• Never share your jll44 login credentials with any third party, including friends or family members.
• Log out of your jll44 Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

jll44 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. All activity conducted through your jll44 Account will be deemed to have been conducted by you unless you have previously notified jll44 of a security breach.

jll44 supports a wide range of Philippine payment methods to make depositing as convenient as possible for Filipino players. Accepted deposit channels include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ over-the-counter cash deposits.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount on jll44 is ₱100, subject to the minimums imposed by individual payment providers.
• Currency: All transactions on the jll44 Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.

Players may request a withdrawal of available funds from their jll44 Wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC completion: Withdrawals will only be processed after successful completion of KYC identity verification. Players who have not yet completed KYC may be required to submit supporting documents before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

• Verification holds: jll44 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any withdrawal request pending identity verification, fraud review, or source-of-funds assessment. Players will be notified via email of any such hold and the documentation required to resolve it.

jll44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses offered by jll44 are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses awarded by jll44 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount — or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified — must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.

All games available on the jll44 Platform are governed by game-specific rules published within each game interface, in addition to the general gaming rules set out here:

• Game outcomes: The outcomes of all jll44 slot games and random-outcome table games are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that produce statistically independent and unpredictable results on each play. jll44 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Interrupted sessions: In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during an active game round, jll44 will endeavor to restore the game session to its pre-interruption state. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jll44 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where warranted:

• Registering more than one Account on jll44, whether using your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your jll44 Wallet.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any jll44 software or game engine.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jll44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the jll44 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, winnings, or gaming opportunities resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or maintenance periods.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or any other payment partner.
• Interruption or termination of your gaming session due to network connectivity issues on your end, including mobile data or WiFi disruptions.
• Any actions taken by jll44 in good faith in response to suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, or regulatory compliance requirements.

jll44's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jll44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request.
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon Account closure, any eligible real-money balance — i.e., deposited funds not subject to pending investigation or forfeiture — will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are not eligible for return upon Account closure.
